lowest deal and/or free shipping. Do not
be fooled by these companies. We
are an authorized Intex dealer and
distributor and have been named the Intex
Recreation Internet Dealer of the Year
for 3 consecutive years for very
good reason; we have, still do and will
continue to offer the very best quality
value, quality selection AND quality
service to our valued customers. |

| Here are some of the
questions you should ask any dealer
selling Intex products and pools: Our
answers to these questions are given in
red. Be sure to ask! |

- Where
are you located and from where is
your merchandise shipped? Our offices are in
Harbor City, CA, as is our
warehouse and staff. Because we
have our offices and stock our
merchandise in the same location
and do not use drop shipping
services, we can insure
the highest levels of service
including tracking information.We
can physically check our
inventory or check shipping
status in real time simply by
walking through a door to our
warehouse. We maintain our own
trucks so that we can pick up
Intex merchandise from their
warehouse in a very timely manner
as we are less than 10 miles from
the Intex company.
- What
are your shipping costs? Our shipping costs
are based on UPS real time
shipping calculations. In order
to determine your shipping costs,
simply add an item to the
shopping cart, input your zip
code only and click the
recalculate button. Your actual
shipping costs and order total
are displayed. We do not
need your name, email address, or
your complete address, (all of
which can be used for marketing,
email lists or even sold to third
parties) in order to assist you
in determing your shipping costs
and order totals before you
purchase. Many of our
competitors and other websites
selling similar products require
you to open an account or
complete your order (including
giving up your credit card
information) before displaying or
letting you know your shipping
costs. Others simply state that
"Shipping charges and taxes
may apply"
- Do
you offer free shipping? There are many other
websites offering free shipping
for their pools or products, but
we ask you to be forewarned as
you are ultimately paying the
"worse case" scenario
for shipping with the differences
going into the pockets of the
merchant. Our shipping costs are
based on UPS real time shipping
costs as determined by your
location. In addition, you
will find in most cases that our
prices even after shipping costs
are calculated, are far less than
those of our competitors.
- Is
my order going to be drop shipped
from another location? We DO
NOT drop
ship and none of the products we
sell are drop shipped from any
other location. This
gives us the capabilities to
check inventory at any time,
insure that packages and orders
are shipped correctly and on time
and most importantly, to give you
real time, instant tracking
information. Our management team
can easily monitor all aspects of
the warehousing, picking, packing
and shipping of your order. In
addition, companies who do have
products drop shipped for them
from other locations, usually
have to pay warehousing charges
and handling charges to the
company that is shipping which
are all costs that will be passed
on to you, the consumer.
- Do
you drop ship for other
companies, websites or retail
competitors? Quality
Trading does not drop ship for
any other companies. The
overhead involved in doing so is
such that we would have to
increase our prices to cover the
expenses of drop shipping. In
addition, we do not feel that it
is right or ethical to supply our
own competitors with products in
order to "corner" the
market. We strive to keep
our pricing competitive and pass
any savings we enjoy on to our
customers simply by selling our
products direct and not through
affiliate programs or drop
shippers.
- How
experienced and knowledgeable are
you about the Intex Recreation
product line? We pride ourselves
in our product knowledge.
We have been an Intex dealer for
the past 5 years and
have acquired the experience and
knowledge to answer most
questions and have developed an
extremely strong working
relationship with Intex with
which we can obtain the answers
to any questions you may have. We
sell only Intex pools and pool
products and specialize in
recreational and sports
industries. We will leave no
question unanswered!
- Do
you carry the complete and full
line of Intex pool accessories
and replacement parts? We carry the
full and complete line of Intex
accessories and
replacement parts for the Intex
Above Ground Easy Set, Frame Set
Pools and other Intex products
with very few exceptions. The
items we do not carry are
available directly from Intex, or
if you wish to get them through
us, we can certainly order them
and have them shipped to you
separately or with other products
you may order from our websites.
We offer our expertise and
experience in assisting you with
determining the proper
accessories and/or replacement
part you may need. We work very
closely with the Intex Recreation
Company and if we do not have the
answers ourselves, we can get the
answers in minutes. In addition,
since our offices with our
customer service personel are in
the exact same building as our
warehouse, we can simply walk to
our merchandise and physically
read and look at any information
that is contained with the
products. It does not get any
better that that!
- Are
you listed with or a member of
the Better Business Bureau? Quality
Trading is a member of the Better
Business Bureau since 2000. We make sure that we take care of all our customers and respond to all their needs. Customer satisfaction is our goal that drives our business.
- Are
you a credible and secure
company? Quality Trading is a
VERY credible and real company.
As an illustration, add an item
to our shopping cart and view the
address bar of your browser, you
will see that everything is on
our own websites. Click on our
Verisign Secure Site Certificate,
you will see that we maintain our
own. In order to offer
the most secure and easiest
shopping experience to our
customers, we do not rely on
third party shopping carts,
secure certificates or credit
card processing websites. This is
to insure that all information
given to us is secure and not
shared with ANYONE! We
invite you to ask us any
questions for a truthful and
honest answer. We also invite you
to contact our competitors and
ask the same questions, many of
which are on this web page. You
will soon learn that many of
these competitors do not have
their own warehouse, are not even
in the same state from where your
orders are shipped, that in the
event you need to return an item
it may have to be shipped to
another location even if returns
are allowed and so much more.
Call them and see if a real
person answers during normal
business hours or if you get a
recording. We are sure that you
may be surprised! If you still
have doubts, call Intex
Recreation and ask about us or
others although we feel that our
awards speak for themselves.
