Each and every item purchased from Quality Trading, Inc. and it's member websites, including QualityInflatables.com, is fully guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials or you may return the item for replacement or full purchase price refund for up to 30 days from date of delivery.

In addition to our own guarantee, Intex products carry a manufacturers warranty of 90 days on all products as well as 90 days for above ground pools, pool accessories and 1 year on filter pumps. You may contact Intex Recreation Corp. by calling their Consumer Services Department at 1-800-234-6839 with Intex Easy Set Pool and Accessories warranty issues.

This guarantee and return policy shall apply to all products purchased from Quality Trading in addition to any and all applicable manufacturers warranties unless otherwise stated on individual product pages.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt of merchandise for full purchase price credit or replacement. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. Restocking charges may apply to merchandise that has been opened or used depending on condition, ability to repackage and abilty to resale. Shipping costs for merchandise returned that is not damaged or defective is not refundable under any circumstances unless specifically approved by Quality Trading. You MUST complete the complete the Request for Support Form to request approval of your return before shipping.

All returns MUST be approved by Quality Trading. You MUST request a return by completing the Request for Support Form. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with the original product packaging.

If for ANY REASON, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply use our Request for Support Form and you will be contacted promtly.

Any unauthorized return, refused shipments of merchandise, items where the customer has requested a "return to sender", or the return of obviously used items may subject the customer to a non-refundable 25% or more restocking charge depending on the condition and/or resaleability of the merchandise as well as ALL incurred shipping and handling costs to and from the customer and Quality Trading, Inc.
