All shipping costs are displayed on our shopping cart pages when you add an item to your shopping cart BEFORE you are ever required to input your shipping or billing information and is also included in the total of your order. There are no "surprises" when it comes to shipping costs at Quality Trading. Simply add an item to the cart and your shipping costs will be autmatically displayed.
Important: International Customers MUST contact us for Information Regarding Ordering from Outside the US.
All customs fees, import taxes, duties and similar charges for international customers are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Credit card orders are usually shipped in 1 - 7 business days unless posted otherwise on individual product pages; this does not include transit time. Please be advised that although every effort will be made to ship your order in a timely manner, circumstances may arise that prevents us from doing so. In the event we cannot ship within a reaonable or published time, we will contact you promptly.
UPS and Fedex Transit Time and Shipping Schedule
Important: UPS and Fedex DO NOT guarantee ground shipment transit times. The transit times displayed on the UPS and Fedex maps are approximate only.
Feel free to contact us for details. If you require overnight shipping or have a particular delivery date requirement, please contact us before ordering to insure we can do so. In addition, we urge you to use the comments section on our shopping cart system to give us details of your requirement.
Orders purchased by check or money order will ship within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of your payment to insure your payment has cleared the bank.
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time to be shipped the same day. If placed after 10:00 AM, shipment will be made the following business day. Items ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, will be shipped the following business day. (Applies to credit card orders only)
All products purchased from Quality Trading Company by customers in the US are shipped via UPS and Fedex
We DO NOT ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Shipment tracking information can be supplied simply by contacting us, we will be more than happy to assist you in tracking your orders.
We advise contacting us if you have special shipping requirements. E mail and phone calls will be answered promptly.
